The Government plans to build 8,000 - 10,000 new homes in Guildford. A vast estate of 2,000 of these will be built on the Gosden Hill area (GREEN BELT) in Burpham. There are no adequate plans to improve roads, traffic flow, water supply, waste disposal, schools or healthcare!
